Overview

This website is operated by Puck and Piston, based in Riverton, Utah. By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Products and pricing

We do our best to show product colors, prints and details accurately, but screens vary, and printed-to-order and garment-dyed items can differ slightly from the photos. Prices and availability can change without notice. If an item is listed at the wrong price because of an error, we can cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

We can refuse or cancel any order, for example if we suspect fraud or an item becomes unavailable. If we cancel after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Shopify. We never see or store your full card number.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, logos, text, and characters on this site, including Grimshaw, belong to Puck and Piston and can't be copied, reproduced, or resold without written permission.

Product use

Our apparel is streetwear. Unless a product clearly says it's rated protective gear, it isn't designed or certified to protect you in a crash. Wear real protective gear when you ride, drive, and skate.

Accounts and conduct

You're responsible for keeping your account login secure. Don't use the site for anything unlawful or to interfere with how it works.

Third-party links

Our site links to outside sites, like the charities on The Assist List. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Puck and Piston isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages from using the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the item involved.
